...suitable as:

  • The MT and team members are ready to go all out;
  • Everyone is prepared to reduce the actual workload and stress;
  • There is a sense of common interest;
  • Everyone recognizes the importance of taking personal responsibility;
  • There is currently a surrender to outside help that is groundbreaking with its own efforts.

...not suitable if:

  • The MT, CEO, manager places "all the blame" on teammates or customers;
  • Less than 50% of the team is open to change and feedback;
  • Everyone prefers to hide behind arguments that it is caused by the outside world;
  • Little room is given to feelings;
  • As a manager, you do not want to go through a transformation;
  • You don't dare to experiment with new angles;
  • You easily cancel appointments.
