- The MT and team members are ready to go all out;
- Everyone is prepared to reduce the actual workload and stress;
- There is a sense of common interest;
- Everyone recognizes the importance of taking personal responsibility;
- There is currently a surrender to outside help that is groundbreaking with its own efforts.
...not suitable if:
- The MT, CEO, manager places "all the blame" on teammates or customers;
- Less than 50% of the team is open to change and feedback;
- Everyone prefers to hide behind arguments that it is caused by the outside world;
- Little room is given to feelings;
- As a manager, you do not want to go through a transformation;
- You don't dare to experiment with new angles;
